Your dog gets the whole appointment, from the first brush to the last, with the same person the whole way through. Nothing is rushed, so a dog who needs to stop and settle can stop and settle. Where a perfect trim and a comfortable dog pull in different directions, the dog comes first.

We use high-quality, professional grooming equipment designed to make each appointment more efficient, comfortable, and precise. From electric grooming tables and stainless-steel tubs to stand dryers, handheld dryers, and professional shears and blades, our equipment is carefully maintained and kept in excellent working condition.
Cleanliness is key
A clean and safe environment is essential at Fresh Tails. Grooming tools, kennels, tables, and our bathtub are carefully cleaned and sanitized between every dog using pet-safe products designed to help eliminate bacteria and viruses. Towels are washed with pet-safe detergents, and we use pet-safe flea and tick products to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for every furry client.
